Amigo Reader now open to all eBooks.com customers

After a month-long invite-only period with positive results, we've decided to open up Amigo Reader to all of our eBooks.com customers. The reader is still very much in beta and undergoing constant development, but we're all very excited to get it into the hands of our users.
